Your tasks
- Responsible for technology development in crystal growing
- targeted use of experience and knowledge to stabilise, improve and further develop existing growing technologies
- working on your own initiative to develop new growing technologies and processes
- Analysing material defects and taking technological measures in collaboration with quality assurance
- Creating key figures and targeted implementation in collaboration with production logistics
- Maintain close contact with our suppliers
- Participate in modifying systems and developing new system concepts
Your profile
- Successful completion of a degree in crystallography, mineralogy or geology
- Familiar with various processes for growing crystalline materials,
- Mastery of various production steps and associated measurement technology,
- Basic knowledge of automation technology (PLC)
- Independent, self-reliant way of working, organisational talent, ability to work in a team
- Business fluent in German and good written and spoken English skills
