Your responsibilities:

• Assisting with the current state analysis of existing workflows at the OPZ (including material flow, machine utilisation, capacities and bottlenecks) and documenting these in process diagrams.
• Collecting and analysing key performance indicators to identify opportunities for automation, including the development of concrete proposals for solutions.
• Developing an innovative layout concept for the OPZ, taking into account requirements for loading, operation and transport (using conventional or humanoid robotics)
• Implementation of a robotics solution (conventional or humanoid) for a specifically selected manufacturing process

Your profile:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Automation Technology, Robotics or Production Engineering
• Independent project implementation from the initial assessment to the finished solution
• Understanding of sensor technology, gripper systems and the integration of robots into existing machinery
• Work takes place on-site only
