Your responsibilities:

  • Administration, maintenance and further development of the IT infrastructure (Windows Server, VMware, Microsoft 365, backup and network)
  • Administration and monitoring of the server, network and client infrastructure
  • Analysing and optimising IT processes, as well as coordinating requirements with the specialist departments
  • Supporting users with hardware and software enquiries, as well as producing documentation and delivering user training
  • Contributing to the ongoing optimisation and standardisation of IT processes and IT services
  • Co-ordinating external IT service providers and collaborating with other Hellma sites on support, maintenance and IT projects

Your profile:

  • A degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics or Information Technology, or training as an IT Specialist for System Integration, an IT Technician or a comparable qualification
  • Several years’ professional experience in the administration of Windows Server, Microsoft 365, VMware environments and backup and restore solutions
  • Good knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, network and IT security
  • An independent, structured and solution-oriented approach to work, as well as a strong service-oriented mindset, excellent communication skills, the ability to work well in a team and a high degree of personal responsibility
  • Good written and spoken German and English
