Your tasks:

• Carrying out the monthly inventory of finished parts
• Packing and picking the dispatched goods
• Labelling and engraving specific components
• Monitoring the flow of goods and obtaining confirmations of receipt
• Comprehensive support for customs clearance and arranging customs declarations
• Preparing the necessary shipping documents and statistical reports
• Independent creation and maintenance of reference lists for customs authorisations
• Checking complaints and preparing the associated reports
• Responsibility for the acceptance of incoming goods

Your profile:

• Successfully completed commercial training, specialised commercial training (further training in export)
• Independent, careful and autonomous way of working
