• Picking shipping orders
• Packing customer orders
• Palletising picked goods
• Creating loading and delivery notes
• Organising the loading and unloading of vehicles
• Selecting suitable forwarding agents, parcel services and courier companies in terms of quality and cost-effectiveness
• Organisation of packaging and auxiliary materials for shipping
• Checking compliance with export regulations by the customs authorities
• Preparation of export certificates, movement certificates and barcode labels to ensure batch traceability
• Incoming and outgoing goods
• Contact person for all questions relating to dispatch processing
• Ensuring smooth dispatch processing
• Support with order processing and dispatch journeys

• You have initial experience in the warehouse area, primarily in order picking
• You are a reliable, motivated and conscientious person
• You enjoy working in a team
• Completed training desirable
• Forklift licence and driving licence advantageous
• Detailed work, commitment and adherence to deadlines
• Knowledge of an ERP system is advantageous
• Independence, ability to work in a team, ability to work under pressure
