Jena – We’re celebrating 15 years of company history, marked by the production of over 500 tons of crystals and the continuous development of new crystal types. Our strategic growth included acquisitions and the establishment of new locations, which has seen us grow from 39 employees at our founding location to almost 200 employees at five locations worldwide.

Our commitment to training young talent is important to us, and we value the loyalty of our employees, some of whom are happy to return to us even after retirement. We have successfully mastered challenges such as the pandemic and a cyclical semiconductor market. Our ISO 50001 certification underscores our commitment to responsible energy management.
